IR roofing scans $3-$6 SF
IR electrical survey $650 1/2 day-$1050/full day (with owner supplied electrician) we can supply electrical personnel to open/repair panels for an additional fee.

Travel fees beyond the Portland metro area are $0.55/mile & $40/hour.

This is a general fee structure, most jobs are custom and we will need to supply a bid.
